Registering your VitaSpa creates a service record tied to your specific unit. That record makes it easier to:
- Access warranty support — a documented ownership record streamlines any warranty inquiry or service claim through your dealer
- Receive product notifications — if a safety notice or product update ever affects your model, VitaSpa can reach you directly
- Get faster service — your dealer can pull your registration details when scheduling maintenance or repairs, saving time on every call

Before You Begin
Have the following information on hand before starting the registration form:
- Model number and serial number — usually found on the identification label on your spa’s equipment access panel
- Date of purchase — from your dealer receipt or invoice
- Dealer name and location — the authorized VitaSpa dealer who sold you the spa
- Your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email

After You Register
Once your registration is submitted, your ownership record is added to the VitaSpa system. Your authorized dealer will be able to access your registration details when scheduling any future maintenance, service, or warranty work.
If your contact information changes, or if you ever transfer ownership of your spa, contact your dealer to update your registration record. For all warranty and service questions, your dealer is your first and best point of contact — they’ll pull your record and coordinate any needed parts or repairs.
